This is very nice colonial house in Old Havana with a very nice balcony with an excellent bayside view, it is very good located near by the Old Havana center and just 50 mts from the famous Paseo del Prado, just 50 mts where the visitor can walk along these streets and head for either the well-known Malecón de La Habana (Havana Seafront) or the Havana Capitol Building (400 meters in the opposite direction), Central Park, Obispo boulevard famous street in Old Havana where Floridita´s bar is. It is also very close from well-known Museo de la Revolución (former Palacio Presidencial) and. It is very convenient starting point for walking all over La Habana Vieja and its architectural heritage,and of course the bedroom is very comfortable. In addition the 4th President of Cuba, Alfredo Zayas Bazan was living in this house from 1921 to 1929. Vitoriano Style house, it was built on 1905, very well conserved with its original roof lamp, it was restored in the 2005. Besides it is a very safe area, as a matter of fact the house is located next to the Spain embassy and just 100 meters so it is a nice and safe location, the owner (Wilfredo) is a very kind a nice person and speaks English too. You won´t disappointed. Old Havana is one of the most unique, atmospheric places on the planet. The people, the buildings, the music, the history, the food— it's an amazing place to visit.
