This 5-bedroom beach house has a newly renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, fresh paint and beautiful hardwood floors. Brand new flat screen TV’s are on every level. The wraparound back porch and private patio are tucked among manicured landscaping with an outdoor shower to spray off the beach sand. Sip drinks around the outdoor tables while grilling on the gas grill.
The first floor has a master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The huge kitchen has plenty of room and is fully equipped. Sit around the dining room table as you share the day’s events or enjoy a movie on the big screen TV! The sleeper couch pulls out to a queen sized bed for additional guests. There is full a sized washer and dryer for your use as well as a half bath.
Climb up to the second floor and discover an adorable bunk room for the kids. Bean bags and a TV will keep them happy after a long day at the beach. The second bedroom has two queen beds. A large guest bathroom provides both a shower and tub. Snuggle and watch TV in the king bed of the 2nd master or unwind on the private balcony.
A peek view of the Gulf awaits you on the private 3rd floor getaway. Relax on the love seat and watch TV. A queen bed, a full bath along with a mini-fridge, and a walk out balcony allows you to stay on this level all day!

Private 1 car garage and two car driveway. Our neighborhood does not allow overnight parking on the street. Please make sure your cars fit on property.
