Beautiful and spacious house built in 1955. It is located in the residential neighborhood Miramar, just 15 minutes by car from Old Havana. Very close to numerous restaurants, trendy bars, nightclubs, hotels and a few streets away from the coast.

Villa Cynara is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large and cool portal, air conditioned living room, dining room, guest bathroom and a spacious bedroom with king size bed, air conditioning and private bathroom.

On the upper floor there are 4 very spacious rooms and two huge bathrooms enter every two rooms. All have king size beds, wardrobes, large windows and all amenities. On this floor is also the very large semi-covered terrace of 200 m2.

The house is decorated with Cuban art and all its spaces are very comfortable. There is the possibility of adding two additional beds if required.
