Casa xantia is a small and elegant colonial style hotel of two floors located in Old Havana, in the Cathedral municipality. Built in the early 20th century, the hostal was completely renovated in 2014 to restore its magnificent original Havana beauty. The restoration was carried out with absolute respect of the original architecture and style of the building.

Thus, all ceilings are five meters high. They are decorated with mouldings, ceilings ornament and antique glass lamps. French carpentry inspired cedar doors showcase wooden made shutters and solid bronze door handles. The floors are made of Spanish tiles with typical designs and stairs are of Italian white marble.
