Walking and biking paths meander through the neighborhood and connect to Rosemary and Alys beach which borders both sides of Seacrest Beach. Just walk or ride the 4 bikes provided to restaurants, shopping and entertainment!

The Chattaribbean features an open floor plan, hardwood floors, crown moulding, walk-in closets, granite counter tops, travertine tile, and 10ft ceilings throughout with an abundance of porches surrounding the home. You might want to set a spell in the comfy porch swing, or just sip some drinks while grilling on the side porch. This home definitely will not disappoint!

The 1st level features the main living area with plenty of seating , a large flat screen TV and an assortment of games for the kids. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with everything needed during your stay. A large guest bedroom is tucked behind the kitchen with its own private porch and full bathroom.

The 2nd level features split bedrooms each with its own large porch and private bathroom and the laundry area in between. The master suite has a large walk in closet and en suite with jacuzzi tub, large vanity with double sinks and walk-in tiled shower. The guest room is great place for the kids. A full bed and set of bunks along with a private bathroom and balcony is fun for anyone!

The 3rd level features a large bonus activity room with wet bar, sink and small refrigerator, couch w/ pull out bed and bunk beds with a third trundle bed, large TV and its own private porch area that overlooks Seacrest Beach.

An outdoor shower makes it nice to spray off after a relaxing day at the beach. Four bikes are provided and the free tram will take you to the pool and beach.

Parking available for two cars in the side driveway and one gravel spot on the street.
