Just minutes to the glistening beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and an abundance of shopping and restaurants. This home is situated in a family friendly, gated community just minutes to the popular shopping center, The Destin Commons Shopping Center. The community boasts a HUGE lagoon pool with three waterfalls, hot tub, and a grilling and lounge area. If not swimming, you can enjoy a flat screen TV and surround sound stereo near the Tiki Bar. Free beach shuttle service is offered during the peak season from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

First Floor
Front porch with seating and gas grill
The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and the master bath boasts a jacuzzi tub with separate shower. The living room has a sleeper sofa, love seat and brand new flat screen TV, sound bar and DVD player. The kitchen is well stocked for all your culinary needs and has stainless steel appliances. The first floor is finished out with a dining table and powder room.

Second Floor
The second floor has two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and is a great place for the kids! Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed. The secondary living room on this floor has comfortable seating with a flat screen TV, sound bar and DVD player. This space also has a wet bar, mini-fridge and pub table and chairs. A full-sized washer and dryer are available on this floor as well. Relax on the large balcony off the living room.

Third Floor
The very top floor of this home has three more bedrooms! Another bunk room has one set of twin-over-full beds. Around the corner are two more queen bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This floor also has a balcony with chairs.

Villages of Crystal Beach is located just one block to numerous shopping areas, restaurants, and entertainment. Famous Destin Commons is just across the highway with a cinema, Bass Pro Shop, tons of small shops, restaurants, and Uncle Bucks Bowling. Nearby you will find quite a few mini mall areas with groceries, pharmacies, and gas stations. Be sure to visit the Harbor Walk Village, where there are tons of fun things to do for all ages - zip line, go carts, water park, rent a boat, charter fishing, great restaurants, night life and live music almost nightly. Margaritaville is a must!
