Easy access to the 18.6 mile Timpoochee Trail, which is a paved, off-road exercise trail spanning 30A. Return to the home and enjoy a sunset paddle on the lake, barbecue, or use one of the two kitchens on site to prepare some local grouper or shrimp.

This home is unique in that it has two separate apartments that can accommodate multiple families. Downstairs is a studio apartment with a king bed and a bunk room for two kids. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a full bathroom.

The top two floors have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main level has one king bed, one full bathroom, living room, and washer and dryer. Relax and soak up some sun on the large wrap-around deck which looks out over Redfish Lake. A newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with all culinary needs.
