Isolated in silence, surrounded by greenery, on a hill overlooking the surrounding Marche countryside Villa Ceresà, a place of charm and peace, 1.5 kilometers from the historical center of Loreto and only few km from the main town ..Numana, Sirolo, Porto Recanati, Recanati etc ... ..ideal place for families who want to find places to stay in the comfort of their home and business stays, a dream vacation in a romantic and discreet environment, for those who are looking peace and tranquility in close contact with nature away from the din and noise of the city.
Inspired by the presence of an old cherry tree, the name "Ceresa" was to indicate, in the local dialect, the owner of the cherry tree, the one who took care of the plant and synthesized the results in the months of May and June.
A veranda bathed in light houses the dining room, opening the view of the versatility of the hillside.
The family management ensures that hospitality genuine typical of the tradition in a harmonious and relaxing setting.
Villa Ceresà is a cottage of 200 square meters which is spread throughout the ground floor and offers 5 ensuite bedrooms, all with private entrance, for a total of 15 sleeping accommodations.
The rooms are composed by three double bedrooms, two of which can accommodate a third bed and two quadruple; all with private bathroom with shower, washbasin, services and bidet. All rooms overlook the garden of the property.
Next to the rooms is the living area with a full kitchen with all appliances (oven, dishwasher, microwave) and all the accessories equipped.
The dining area seats up to 20 people and faces with a bright veranda always sliding door to the garden of the property.
Outside a large space available with barbecue, large gazebo furnished for dining out, barbecue, relaxation areas and green areas equipped with garden furniture.
The whole garden overlooking the surrounding valley watching the sea on one side and the majestic hills of Loreto with the cathedral on the other
In a small outbuilding is the laundry area with washer, dryer and washing line.
The entire property is fenced and it has electric gate at the entrance. free parking and free wifi throughout the property.
On the first floor of the property live the owners who will be available during your stay for any need.
