Our cottage is located right in the heart of the Marche Region sorrounded by a landscape dominated by green lines read, in the city of Montefano just 7 km from Recanati, Loreto 10 and 15 from the sea of the coast of Monte Conero and 20 miles from Tracks famous for being the Balcony of the Marche.
The holiday home is a portion of a large house of 80 square meters to 1km from the center of the town of Montefano and is located on the ground floor with private entrance; the house consists of an entrance into the living area with kitchen and dining room, living room with fireplace and a sofa, a large and bright double bedroom, a full bathroom with shower and a separate area with two bunk beds to accommodate 4 people with the possibility of additional single bed on request. Guests garden for dining out and green areas at disposal.
The house is equipped with:
Hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, TV sat, internet wifi and outside barbecue
Casa Gaia is the ideal starting point to discover and be surprised by this amazing and mysterious region that still manages to impress in every landscape. Le Marche is indeed wonderful as unusual for their diversity of landscape and territory: harmonic forms and sinuous, cliffs and caves that alternate with unforgettable beaches, hills that recall the history, tradition, art and mountains equipped with lifts for fans Skiing.
