Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 baths located less than 4 miles from the excitement of the famous Las Vegas strip, super close to the new Las Vegas airport and surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need to feel right at home. A brand new kitchen with all new appliances further polished with a wolf range stove, wine cooler and more opens up to the dining room and living room. Relax and unwind by the private pool and spa in a newly re-imagined landscape, with year-round solar heating!

The living and dining rooms open up to the patio and pool area allowing for effortless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. The patio has lounge chairs, a futon swing and an amazing top of the line built in BBQ. The spa can be heated for your enjoyment year round. We have solar heating to keep the pool at a comfortable 85 for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other three bedrooms (queen, queen, and full + twin bunk-bed) have brand new mattresses and high thread count linens to ensure you get a great nights rest. We have a luxurious queen-sized blow-up mattress for extra guests as well. The bathroom downstairs has a steam shower!

The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :) The lock is connected to Wifi and changes with every guest for added security.

NOTE: If you want pool heating, there is a charge of $50 + $40/day. A pool technician needs to pre-heat the pool 48 hours in advance. Please notify me 3 days prior to your arrival to have heated pool ready for you upon arrival. The spa is free!

This house sleeps 9 comfortably. Please notify me if you'd like my staff to set up the two comfortable airbeds for you if you have more than 9 guests.

Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such we prefer that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups.
Getting Around:
Uber is coming to Vegas! You can also use Bell taxi to get a taxi, it usually takes about 15 minutes for them to arrive.

— Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
