- The hotel cannot accept nor store any commercial goods, including goods purchased online (packages, boxes, bags, cartons, gifts or similar items) unless the recipient is registered and is staying at the hotel.
- Any delivery purchased online and arriving at the hotel during the guests' stay must be accepted and signed by the guest in person. The hotel cannot take any liability for payment, damage or loss of the delivery item on behalf of the guest.
- The hotel does not feature any storage space. Please notify the hotel in advance of the quantity of items expected and of any large-size items.
- For disposal of bulk items or large quantities of packaging / wrapping material the hotel reserves the right to charge additional fees.
