The Core G-House @ GANGNAM (1 min. from GangNam station - perfect central location in GangNam Region) is the most ideal flat for a couple (w/ or w/o kids), but also very suitable for a family or up to 6 adults as a group looking to explore the affluent city in southern part of HAN River, not only for business oriented purpose (even SamSung HQ is located across the street) but also for its entertaining atmosphere like shopping, food culture, party, etc..... At this core location of the city in GangNam, you can expect the highest level of conveniences and comfortableness at such an economical price range, save and live like locals.

￭ THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOODS
Our flat is located in the core of uptown (Gangnam) where all the festivals and/or events (your must-go spots) takes place every day. There are a hundred of reasons to love GANGNAM. To illustrate just a few, there are a bunch of places like cafes, all kinds of restaurants & bars, and very interesting shops, etc (refer to the pictures) that you can visit just by simply walking around. You can just name it, you will have all within just an arm’s reach. Not to mention that the 24/7 convenience store in front of studio building also (*refer to pictures shown), our studio is within an unlimited variety of restaurants that range from fast food take-out to exquisite fine dining.

World Trade Center & COEX Mall ; The World Trade Center holds all variety of exhibition, conventions, forums and etc almost every day and the COEX Mall is the largest underground shopping center in Asia, located only three stops away from GangNam metro station Line #2 (takes only 10 minutes to reach). The colossal shopping center stretches from SamSeong Station (Line #2) in the south all the way to BongEunSa temple in the north, and is considered to be the best shopping and entertainment complex in the area.

Garosu-Gil ; used to be where aspiring Korean artists used to set up their studios, away from the more expensive districts. Now it has become lined with Asian and European fusion restaurants and cafes, latest fashion and designer clothing and accessory boutiques, art galleries and nightclubs. This 700 meter-long boulevard lined with gingko trees can be especially pleasant (or romantic) for pedestrians (or for couples) out for a stroo in autumn, as the golden gingko leaves imbue the visitors with an indelible sense of warmth and nostalgia. Contrary to some of the crowded hustle-and-bustle shopping districts like Myeongdong, Garosu-gil offers a welcome change of pace, and is particularly suited for trend-spotting while latte-sipping. Ambling along, visitors may browse the designer boutiques the settle down at quaint restaurants that give the street a classy, privileged atmosphere. Art galleries further color these roads, as do the fashionable people that you are bound to see.

Apgujeong Rodeo Street : Apgujeong is Seoul's luxury fashion mecca. And in the center of Apgujeong's fashion world is Rodeo Street. The name and concept of Apgujeong's Rodeo Street takes after the Beverly Hill fashion street, Rodeo Drive. It's where fashion can be met first and on a daily basis, and where new trends and culture can be experienced. The beginning of Rodeo Street is located across the street from the Galleria Department Store. The entrance of the street is marked with a special archway. Past the archway is a multitude of shops, both featuring fashion from Korean brands and international designer labels. Shopping ranges from the extremely affordable to luxury labels. You can get a t-shirt for as low as 10,000 won, or a designer (phone number hidden) won! The beauty of Rodeo Street is that you can experience all sorts of shopping. Rodeo Street is also filled with cafes, restaurants, and bars, making it fun to visit during the day and at night.

Itaewon: Itaewon is a unique place in Seoul where one can meet people of diverse nationalities and cultures. There is a popular joke saying that international residents may not know Seoul, but they know Itaewon. Seoul even designated Itaewon as its first ‘Special Tourism District,’ to highlight it as a destination for internationals to enjoy a diversity of culture, shopping, and entertainment experiences.

- around 20~30 min. to Seoul Station

*For traveling anywhere outside Seoul (Example : Busan, Nami-ireland, Gangwondo for ski), just take (High-speed Railway) at City Bus Terminal which is only 10 minutes away by taxi (*better choice for more than three persons with luggage) or subway.

Also the building itself has 24 hour security guard with over 30 CCTVs monitoring. The house has never had any break-in as long as you ensure the house is safely locked before you step out.
