It is located in one the few places in the city with one of the most privileged views of the Havana coastline, an exclusive sea view, about 40 meters above the sea level. It is located just 5 minutes from Old Havana, where you can even walk. The area where it is located is very quiet, safe, centrally located, near the National Hotel, the Hotel Capri, International Clinic, and restaurants high standard as Laurent, Restaurant La Torre, Restaurant Bar Meetings, among many other restaurants and trendy bars.

The apartment Kim is very comfortable and very well equipped, with a design and decor very modern interior and Release. It is completely income customer, all spaces distributed on one floor. It has 3 rooms with air conditioning split, 1 master bathroom, and a second small guest bathroom. It also has a large living – dining room air-conditioned with TV, DVD and stereo, with a collection of Cuban films for your enjoyment.
