The studio is cozy and practical, stands on a quiet street, 3 minutes away from the Merced Plaza, and next to Teatro Cervantes. Also 5 minutes from Plaza Uncibay walking and 7 minutes away from Calle Larios. It accommodates 4 people and it has a comfy double bed and a sofa-bed for 2. There is off-site parking available 100meters up the street. WIFI, AC and heating, complete kitchen and bathroom. Supermarket across the street, fruit and veggie shop downstairs.

The studio is located in Calle Peña, in the heart of the historical center, right next to the Meced Plaza. The place is perfect since it´s both in the old center but at the same time, away from the noise which is so typical of the area. This makes it the ideal place should you want to relax and have a good night´s rest, but also if you want to enjoy the night life. You can discover Málaga´s rich culture by visiting all the museums and places of interest such as Thyssen and Picasso Museums, the Cathedral, the Atarazanas market place, Calle Larios, Alcazaba, the Roman Theatre, Muelle Uno and Malagueta beach, and best of all, they are all within walking distance. The area has an amazing variety of restaurants, tapas bars, pubs and also clubs. You will watch the sunset on the terraces of Muelle Uno, while listening to lounge music and sipping cocktails. And if you´re into sports, 15-20 minutes away is the Malagueta beach, where you can go for an early jog. On the other hand, Malagueta has lots of nice beach restaurants where you can eat all sorts of fresh fish, including the typical "espeto de sardinas".

Since the property is located right in the city center, it´s easy to get everywhere walking. Nevertheless, if you want to travel a bit more, you can always rent bikes, segways or even a car. Of course, for those who prefer public transportation, there´s a taxi stop close-by and buses at all times. Parking options are available less than 100 meters away from the studio.
