Jessica is an A++++ Hostess! She is warm, hospitable and caring. She explained how the subway works, how to operate the doors, where the stores are... She took the time to show me around her neighborhood. Her home is safe and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying with Miss Jessica!

Jessica is such a wonderful person. She is very kind and considerate. I stayed at her place for 8 days and enjoyed a nice Korean food. When I visit Korea again, I would like to stay at her place again. Her husband was very knowledgeable, particularly in the area of photography. I learned a lot about Korean cultural heritage. And her son was very cute, kind, and always smiling. Very nice family!

I have enjoyed my recent stay in Seoul with Jessica. She is very helpful and will give her best effort to help you and give you advice. The place is in a convenient location to subway, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and eating places. Great for single traveler.

Thank you, Jessica! If you're looking for a comfortable place that is in the heart of Gangnam, then Jessica's home is the place to stay. This was my first time renting a room and I had my concerns (being a solo female traveler), but Jessica made me feel right at home as a wonderful host mom. She was quick to reply to my request, picked me up at the bus stop, and made breakfast and dinner. I had to pick up some medicine at the pharmacy and Jessica walked me to the neighbourhood pharmacist to get what I needed. Her home is clean and safe. Taxi drivers knew how to find her place very easily. She has been a home stay host for 8 years and spent many years as a nurse in Germany so she is a trustworthy person. This whole experience has been super positive - can't think of anything negative at all. She has a heart of gold and is interested in a delightful experience for her guests. I'll be sure to come back and stay again! Thank you, Jessica!

Jessika definitely is the best host you can imagine. I read some reviews former guests have written, and I must say there is nothing to add! She is so patient and adapts to everybody, every age, every taste. She's concerned by everybody's wishes and tries to make everything possible. She has an excellent knowledge of the town and can give good advice for everything. She shares your concerns and cares for her guests like a mother! (Difficult in my case: I'm 75)
I will never forget her and if I come back to Seoul I would like to stay with her and her family again. Of cause, I would recommend her to my family and friends as a cultivated and warmhearted lady. The location of her home is great, very central and only a few minutes to the nearest subway station.

Highly recommended.
I really enjoyed staying with Jessica, the host, and her family. I chose this place because of its location, overall quality and price, just as many other travelers would do.
I arrived there near midnight and Jessica gladly came out and picked me up from the bus stop. I actually had to cancel a reservation with another host because I dared not to find her place in the middle of night and she was not willing to pick me up. I was so thankful that Jessica did esp. that late night.
Next morning, Jessica showed me around and explained to me how the subway system in Seoul worked. You’ll find her personality lovable, and she is indeed genuinely kind and caring---she used to be a nurse just in case you get sick.
Her home is located in a very safe, nice residential area in the heart of Gangnam. You could go out any time without any fear of being robbed etc. If you want to stay in a place right above or next to restaurants and offices, this is not the right place for you. But, if you yearn for a peaceful rest after a hectic day in crowded, noisy, fast-moving Seoul, Jessica’s home is a must. And, if you have a lower back problem like me, please make sure to ask her for the room I stayed as it has a really comfortable mattress. You’ll also enjoy great views from her home---see some pictures she posted. One more. If you plan to stay long there, please ask Jessica if she can take you to grocery shopping as it’ll be a very memorable trip. Enjoy staying at Jessica’s and you won’t regret it!

Jessica, the most caring and lovely host has been the extremely gracious, helpful during my stay. I am grateful for her during my long stay in Seoul.
As i went for an operation, she made sure that i am comfortable and ok all the time, helping me around, picking me up from the basement and even cooked a few meals for me to ensure that i do not starve!
I am tremendously grateful that i chose this cosy home to stay as she made me feel like i was her daughter. The day i arrived, she waited for me at the bus stop to drive me to her home. After which, she walked me to the train station to guide me on how to use the subway, where the supermarket is, how things are done, etc. Every morning, she boil an egg for her guests for breakfast. Something so personal that you will never get at a hotel. Her home made me feel like I am back at my own home. It is always full of laughter and warmth.
Thank you so much Jessica! I really appreciate having her around!
