The place is clean , spacious, and walking distance to mrt and restaurant near by.. exactly shown on pictures. . The host is superb nice .. he even help us called for food delivery.. check in early is the best offer from him without any hesitate ..

Mr Kim is a very nice and helpful host. He was present at the doorstep out in the cold, waiting for us to arrive, at 12 midnight. He was keen in giving recommendations on attractions and food and also helped us ordered chicken delivery. The apartment is exactly as is shown in the pictures, 5mins walk from Seoul Station (AREX), with a few 24hrs restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wishes to visit Seoul due to the convenience and the good hospitality of the host.

Yong is good host. About his place, it is comfortable for 2-3 ppl, 4 ppl is okay, 5 ppl is limitation. It is near Seoul station, so traffic is not a problem.

Mr Yong is really friendly. His apartment is comfortable, well-equip and strategically located, making it really convenient for our trip. We had a really great time staying at his apartment. (:

We Stayed 3 Week. Our host was very nice and helpful.
Apartment is clean, comfortable and near Seoul Staion and subway. Just two stop to Myeong-dong station.
Hope I will come back again.

Apartment is clean, comfortable and big enough for 4-5ppl.

The kitchen & cleansing machines are well equipped.

Venue just 5mins walk from Seoul station, located in neighbourhood which make you feel like living in very local area.

We (a family of 4) stayed there for 11 days around Christmas 2013.

The apartment is convenient and corresponds to the description. It is quiet and comfortable.
While not central, it is very close to a metro station, and there are a lot of shops and restaurants in the streets around for last minute needs.
Yong is open and very helpful, ready to help if you need anything while leaving you alone if you don't.
In our view a very good quality/price ratio, highly recommended.

We stayed for a total of 21 days at Yong and his mother's guesthouse. Our hosts were very helpful both before and upon arrival, providing us with information on how to get to the guesthouse from the airport and how to work the subway. Yong answered any questions we had quickly and correct.

The flat was nice, and I would say it is perfect for 4 people, but does not have a problem accommodating one or two people extra.

The area was nice and quite small compared to the other more central areas. We enjoyed visits to the local shops down the street, and had dinner in Mokdong quite a few times. If you are looking for something very central it's not ideal, but for us it was nice to get away for the busyness of the more central areas and to be able to explore a bit.

The only problem we encountered was with taxi drivers not understanding the address we gave them, but we soon learned to bring a written Korean address with us, or asked them to take us to the closest subway stop and everything worked out.

In short, we are looking forward to our next visit to Seoul, and will definitely be considering staying here again.
