Really nice 2 bedroom apartment with lots of space and sunshine. It looks exactly like the pictures. Door lock key codes are changed when you checked in so its really safe. Wifi is good. There were 4 of us and this was a great base to explore Seoul. Around 5 to 10 mins walk to the subway station.

Steve is a very considerate host and he gave us helpful tips and was checking on us to make sure we are Ok. Steve also coordinated with our van pick-up (without us asking) to make sure we get to the airport on time.

Will stay again at this place.

I had a great time when I stayed here. It is clean, quiet and nearby Itaewon Station. Couldn't ask for anything more.

I've stayed in Steve apartment for 5 nights, at first I'm having a bit of problem finding the location but after I ask around for help I managed to find the place. The apartment is very clean and very spacious. My parents and children enjoyed our stay here. For Muslim, you won't have any problem searching for halal restaurant with affordable price. I would really recommend those with big family members to stay this apartment. Also thanks to Steve for the great help, always get a fast reply from him thru email. Not forgetting Scarlet who help me the 1st day by showing me around the area. Would definitely come and stay at this apartment again if I visit Seoul.

Accuracy
100% accurate whatever you see in the picture is exactly you get when you check-in. It is different from myprevious experience where the picture did not show the actual.
Communication
I have no problem communication with Steve as he has good command of English and beyond my expectation if you refer to average Korean. I have a little bit problem with his property manager on communication but her willingness to assist that I admired and she is very kind lady.
Cleanliness
Perfect very clean as you see in the picture.
Location
Very strategic location as Itaewon is considered the town of the foreigners, most of the shop owners here can speak English. For the muslim tourists I can say here is the prefect place to stay Very near to all muslim shops & food and Seoul Mosque, It takes 10 minutes to reach

Check in
Perfect. When I arrived the property manager, Scarlet was there waiting for me and my family. When I arrived at the airport the taxi driver recommended by Steve was there to pick me & famiy up to the apartment

Value for money especially if you come with family. The price is reasonably cheap compared to Hotel & apartment which are quite high in Seoul. So my advice you should stay in this apartment especially if you are muslim.

A really clean and comfortable place for my 8 nights in Seoul. The pictures provided by Steve is exactly what it is in real life. The map/instruction to the place are quite detailed and it was easy to find. It's a walking distance from Itaewon station and there are alot of shops along the way (restaurants & boutiques)..very convenient! Steve is also a pleasant & friendly host. Although he was not able to welcome us in person, he made sure that everything was in order (the property manager, Scarlet, was a huge help too!) and that we had a pleasant stay in Korea through our email contact. :) In other words, I love this place and would recommend it to travelers looking for an affordable & convenient accommodation.

I've had the pleasure of staying in this place for 5 nights (13/11/2012 - 18/11/2012) in my recent travel to Seoul, Korea with 4 of my friends.

Here's some bits of my review on this lovely place situated in an awesome location offered by a great host.

Accuracy : This is a 10/10 score for me. The depiction that you see in the pictures offered in the website matches every bit of the actual detail.

Communication : Not only was Steve (The Host) prompt in responding to emails but i have never failed to get the understanding that i need about the house, the location, local help and how bnbhero works (in general) from him.

Steve also threw in a "detailed welcome pack" in pdf format to us which provided all the necessary & updated details about the house, amenities, direction to the house and useful location details (i.e. restaurants, take away coffee shops, 24/7 marts and etc) that we needed for our travel.

Cleanliness : The house was spot clean when we arrived. Apart from being clean, the simple setting of the house also contributed to the overall welcoming feel that we got from this place.

Location : ITAEWON ROCKS FOR ME :)...

In my opinion, this is the best place in Korea!

Checkin : I have no idea what this...hence i'll be neutral and give it a 5/10.

Value : It was worth every penny that we spent. We had a house to ourselves for 5 nights for less than USD120/night.

Steve was also kind enough to throw in a discount for us (since its our first travel to Korea) which made it even sweeter in terms of $ value.

Overall, it was a great stay for us!
